Responsible Gaming at w999

w999 is committed to keeping gaming fun, safe, and within your control. Our responsible gaming tools are here to help every player in Bangladesh enjoy a healthy experience.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

At w999, we believe that online gaming should always be a form of entertainment — never a source of financial stress or personal hardship. As Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform, we take our responsibility seriously and actively encourage every player to maintain healthy gaming habits.

Gambling can be an exciting pastime, but it carries real risks when it is not approached thoughtfully. Our platform is strictly for adults — players must be 21 years or older to register and play. We enforce this age restriction through our verification process and we ask parents and guardians in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and across Bangladesh to use device controls to prevent underage access.

w999 provides a suite of practical tools that put you in control. Whether you need to set a daily deposit cap, take a short break, or step away from the platform entirely, our responsible gaming features are designed to be accessible, easy to use, and effective. If you ever feel that gambling is no longer just entertainment, please reach out to our support team immediately.

Our Responsible Gaming Tools

🔞

21+ Age Restriction

w999 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We verify player age during registration and reserve the right to close accounts that cannot confirm eligibility. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful — we have zero tolerance for it.

🔒

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a longer break from gambling, our self-exclusion feature lets you lock your account for a set period — from 30 days up to a permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Contact our support team to activate this option.

💰

Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to keep your spending within a budget you are comfortable with. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period to protect against impulsive decisions. bKash and Nagad users can manage limits directly from their account settings.

⏱️

Session Time-Out

Our time-out feature allows you to temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without a full self-exclusion. It is the ideal short break when you simply need to step away and reset. During a time-out, promotional emails are also paused automatically.

🧘

Reality Check Reminders

Enable session reminders that pop up at intervals you choose — every 30, 60, or 90 minutes. The reminder shows how long you have been playing and how much you have spent in the current session, giving you an honest checkpoint to decide whether to continue or stop.

24/7 Support Access

Our customer support team is available around the clock, seven days a week. Whether you are in Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, or Rangpur, you can reach us at any time. If you are concerned about your gambling habits or a loved one's, do not hesitate — our team is trained to help with empathy and discretion.

Practical Tips for Safer Play

  • 1Set a strict budget before you start playing and never exceed it, regardless of whether you are winning or losing.
  • 2Never gamble with money you need for essentials — rent, food, utilities, bKash transfers for family, or emergency savings.
  • 3Take regular breaks. Step away from the screen every hour, especially during late-night sessions.
  • 4Treat any money you spend on gambling as entertainment cost — not as an investment or income source.
  • 5Do not chase losses. Trying to win back money you have already lost usually leads to bigger losses.
  • 6Keep gambling separate from your personal or professional stress. Never use gaming as an escape from real-life problems.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

It is important to recognize the signs that gambling may be becoming a problem. Common warning signs include: spending more than you planned, borrowing money to gamble, feeling anxious or irritable when not playing, lying to family members about gambling activities, neglecting work or studies to spend time gambling, and gambling to escape stress or depression.

If you recognize any of these patterns in yourself or someone close to you, please contact w999 support immediately. You can also reach out to community mental health resources available in Dhaka and other major cities across Bangladesh. Acting early makes a real difference.

How to Use w999 Responsible Gaming Tools

All of our responsible gaming tools are accessible directly from your account settings once you are logged in. You do not need to contact support to set deposit limits or activate a time-out — these can be done in a few taps from your profile page on any Android or iOS device.

For self-exclusion requests, we require you to contact our support team directly so we can confirm your identity and explain the full scope of the restriction. Self-exclusion typically takes effect within one hour of confirmation. During that window, please refrain from placing additional bets.

Permanent closure is an irreversible action. Once your account is permanently closed, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your bKash or Nagad account within 3 to 5 business days. We strongly recommend using the time-out feature first before requesting permanent closure.

Getting Help and Support

If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling, please do not face it alone. The w999 support team can be reached via email at [email protected]. Our team responds promptly and treats every request with strict confidentiality. Whether you are in Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, or anywhere else in Bangladesh, we are here to help.

Responsible gaming is not just a policy at w999 — it is a core value. We invest continuously in our tools and team training so that every player on our platform has access to the help they need, when they need it. Playing within your limits is always the right choice.
